Jacky Dare

Legal Support Specialist

Jacky Dare is a Legal Assistant at Cordaie Paralegal Services who supports Ontario landlords with organized, professional file management and client care. With a background in legal transcription and administrative support, Jacky assists the team in preparing tenancy documents, coordinating Landlord and Tenant Board materials, and ensuring landlord files are handled accurately and efficiently.


Jacky works closely with the paralegal team on matters involving rent arrears, eviction proceedings, notices of termination, and other LTB applications. She helps organize evidence, manage correspondence, and maintain clear communication so landlords remain informed at every stage of the process.


Currently pursuing her Honours Bachelor of Arts alongside legal studies, Jacky brings discretion, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset to her role — focused on making the LTB process smoother and more accessible for Ontario landlords.
