Damian Cordaie

Founding Licensed Paralegal, FLSP

Damian Cordaie is a Law Society of Ontario–licensed paralegal and the founder of Cordaie Paralegal Services, with a practice dedicated to supporting Ontario landlords. As an injured Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Damian brings discipline, precision, and calm decision-making to every landlord and tenancy-related matter he handles.


Drawing on his military background, Damian approaches each file with preparation, accountability, and clear communication — particularly in time-sensitive landlord and tenant issues before the Landlord and Tenant Board. Ontario landlords rely on his ability to assess situations strategically, explain options plainly, and move matters forward in a professional, compliant manner.
