Role Overview
Cordaie Paralegal Services is seeking a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario to assist with client representation and file management within authorized paralegal scope.
This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal who values autonomy, professional responsibility, and high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned landlord files independently within authorized scope of practice
- Prepare LTB applications, notices, legal documents, and client correspondence
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Ontario landlords regarding their matters
- Attend Landlord and Tenant Board hearings and case conferences as required
- Track procedural deadlines and maintain well-organized, compliant files
- Collaborate with legal support staff and firm leadership to deliver consistent client service
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario with active errors and omissions insurance
- Working knowledge of Ontario landlord and tenant procedures and LTB processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage files responsibly in a remote or hybrid environment
- Commitment to ethical, professional, and client-focused practice
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is an asset:
- Landlord and Tenant Board applications and hearings
- Rent arrears and eviction proceedings
- Drafting N-forms and tenancy notices
- Small Claims Court matters related to tenancies
